A nature conservation point of view the most interesting hornbeams community. In addition to plain hornbeam (Carpinus betulus) trees make linden (Tilia cordata), occurs Oak (Quercus robur). Underbruch low, lush grass pavement continuously growing trilobal Violet (Hepatica nobilis), Shrub Stellaria (Stellaria holostea), Rufous bugle (Ajuga genevensis) Gorgeous pansy (Viola mirabilis). Ringėliškė forest grows rarely Yellow flowerss pea (Lathyrus laevigatus) and flavoring (Agrimonia procera).
Sometimes stadium birch and aspen communities, growing felled oaks, pine forest habitats. Lakesides occupy wet black alders occur in fragments.
Veisiejai Marsh Regional Park widespread likesides, streams creeks, small hollows. Preponderance of small (0.5 - 10 ha) marshes. The park area there are pasture sedge community, spread Snaigynas likesides, Liubelis lakes swamps. They grow in abundance Normal (Pinguicula vulgaris), Fen orchid (Lipari loeselii) Fragrant plauretis (Gymnadenia conopsea) and the Baltic dactyla (Dactylorhiza baltica) Rusow dactyla (Dactylorhiza russowii), Heath spotted orchid (Dactylorhiza maculata). Snaigynas likesides occurs conservation community, which is Speckled Horsetail (Equisetum Variegatum). It is the only known in Lithuania production area, which Speckled Horsetail grows in natural, undisturbed biotopes. It should be noted that these marshes are a great orchidea types of storage, has not only species diversity but also the viability of their populations and quantitative parameters.
Meadows and pastures in the park occupies a small area. Spread not marshy likesides and lakes and hills slopes. Slopes wet meadow dominated lucerne. Interesting marginal distribution, growing calcareous thermophilic lakeside slopes anemones community.
Wet habitats grow row community. Likesides dominated slimming sedges community. Sometimes thistle and riparian communities, widespread in South Lithuania. All these communities are growing species: Red dactyla (Dactylorhiza incarnata), Heath spotted orchid (Dactylorhiza maculata).
